Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Wis.ai. By creating an account or messaging Wis.ai, you agree to them.

What Wis.ai is

Wis.ai is a personal assistant service. It communicates with you over messaging channels you already use, and can act on your behalf within the instructions and permissions you give it, such as browsing the web, sending emails and making calls.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Wis.ai. You're responsible for keeping your email account and linked accounts secure, and for the instructions you give your assistant. Wis.ai acts on your authority; please give it the same care you'd give a human assistant.

Acceptable use

Don't use Wis.ai to break the law, harass people, misrepresent who you are, or attempt to circumvent the security of any service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Acting on your behalf

When Wis.ai completes tasks for you, including bookings, purchases and communications, it does so as your agent. You remain responsible for the outcomes of tasks you authorize. We will always ask before spending your money or making commitments you haven't approved.

Messaging consent

By signing up you agree to receive messages from Wis.ai at the number you provide. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Fees

Pricing is presented before you subscribe. You can cancel (fire your assistant) at any time, effective at the end of your billing period.

Disclaimers and liability

Wis.ai is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Wis.ai each waive any right to a jury trial. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory protections of your local law, and nothing in this section deprives you of them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Questions: hello@wis.ai.
